Located right in the heart of the New Town, Edinburgh's regal, Georgian neighbourhood, The York Place Residence ticks all the boxes. Spacious and modern, yet retaining a classic style, this three bedroom property welcomes up to six guests, and is just minutes away from all of the main sightseeing, shopping and dining action in Scotland's capital city.
Sumptuous sofas await you in the open plan living area, which is lavished with all of the little comforts to get you feeling right at home. Your entertainment needs are met, and exceeded, with cable TV, DVD player and extensive DVD library, radio, CD player and WiFi. A feature fireplace and contemporary artwork complete this magnificent lounge. To the back of the living area is the uber-modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area, kitted out with everything you need to get by, including microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.
The indulgence continues with the three double bedrooms, decorated in neutral, sophisticated tones, and all featuring their own en-suite with shower or bath. The master bedroom has a super kingsize bed, and a further two bedrooms can be set up with either kingsize or twin beds.
All bedrooms have a shower en-suite. The main bathroom has a bath only.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

Exterior Lower ground apartment within a traditional Georgian townhouse. Small, private terrace to the front of the property, and private decking to the rear.
Parking notes This property doesn't come with free parking but there is paid street parking in the local area for an additional fee. This property is only accessible down a short flight of stairs.

Communication was a major plus point nothing seemed too much trouble. We had conserige on whats app and great communication by email answered quickly. Also our daugther left a teddy and the communication for returning it has been brilliant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this company highly.
Outstanding location, lovely layout perfect for our multi generational holiday. Rooms at the front were slightly loud until approx 11pm but totally understandable for such a central location. Noise did not impact our experience at all. Apartment was really clean and lovely and warm for our December stay. Fantasic that all rooms are ensuite. Amazing.
