Located right in the heart of the New Town, Edinburgh's regal, Georgian neighbourhood, The York Place Residence ticks all the boxes. Spacious and modern, yet retaining a classic style, this three bedroom property welcomes up to six guests, and is just minutes away from all of the main sightseeing, shopping and dining action in Scotland's capital city.

Sumptuous sofas await you in the open plan living area, which is lavished with all of the little comforts to get you feeling right at home. Your entertainment needs are met, and exceeded, with cable TV, DVD player and extensive DVD library, radio, CD player and complimentary WiFi. A feature fireplace and contemporary artwork complete this magnificent lounge. To the back of the living area is the uber-modern kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining area, kitted out with everything you need to get by, including microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The sense of indulgence extends into three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each styled in elegant, neutral tones and complemented by its own sleek en-suite shower room. The master bedroom features a spacious super king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms offer flexible arrangements, with the option of king-size or twin beds to suit your needs.

All bedrooms have a shower en-suite. The main bathroom has a bath only.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself into the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
