The South Learmonth Gardens Apartment Edinburgh

I have stayed here a number of times and it is my favourite place to stay in Edinburgh. Lovely big lounge, comfortable beds, wifi and quiet. Easy to get into town and nice views. Splendid and thoroughly recommended.

We've just enjoyed a 3 night break at this great apartment. We have two young children and it was ideal - spacious lounge, warm and plenty of room for sleeping (there is also a travel cot and high chair that you can use). The apartment is spotless and well equipped. The views over Edinburgh from the lounge are great, and it only takes 10-15 mins to walk to the attractions of the city. We'd certainly stay again!

A lovely comfortable apartment in a great location. It was very quiet and away from the hurly burly of Edinburgh traffic. We loved the views out of the large bay window, which I'm sure are even better in
the summer.There are some great eating places all within easy walking distance. All in all a great place to stay.

An immaculate apartment overlooking gardens, front and rear of the property. Handy for the city and The Water of Leith Walkway. Nearby restaurant, Channings, reccommended by the owners (and previous guests) is great and Waitrose a short walk away. Looking forward to a return visit in the near future.

A comfortable and spacious apartment within walking distance (or a short bus ride) of Princes St. An ideal spot for our family of two adults and two teens (17 and 13) to see the sights. Away from the main bustle, a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Well equipped with everything we needed and handy for Waitrose for supplies.

The apartment is extremely clean and bright and very well organized. Great old refinished floors, high ceilings with wonderful crown mouldings. It is in a great location, close to the city bus up around the corner to the right. Great restaurant, Channings, a couple doors to the left. Close to Stockbridge. This an apartment we would stay in again without hestitation. Loved it.

This apartment is like a home from home. It has everything you need and is really comfortable. The location is fantastic for walking to the shopping areas or there is a lovely walk to the art galleries along the river. You also have lots of nice places to eat near by. We'll be back!

It is in a great location, is an amazing modern apartment and you couldn't deal with better owners! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and wish we could have stayed longer!

We (2 adults, 2 children) had a very enjoyable stay here. Very highly recommended - the location is just right with easy access to the New Town and to Stockbridge, the apartment is in immaculate shape, and the owners are very friendly and helpful indeed.

We'll definitely try to get this one for the next time around in Edinburgh.

A really lovely stay! The neighborhood was quiet and a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of town but easily accessible to the town center by bus or foot. The apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and stocked with the amenities.

The owners were friendly, responsive, and provided loads of information and recommendations for the surrounding area.

Fantastic apartment! Everything was so clean and comfortable, it was the perfect place to relax after a long day's sightseeing - and such a handy location for the city centre and for Stockbridge. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic, very spacious and excellently furnished. We had a great time in Edinburgh and the apartment made the experience even better. It was ideally located to see all the city has to offer. We hope to visit Edinburgh again soon and hopefully we will be able to stay in this apartment again.

The best apartment where we stayed. We would highly reccomend it to everyone who want to spend brilliant and precious time in Edinburgh. We had everything we needed, all is thoroughly planned, the apartment is clean and tidy,an amazing location.

Great Apartment near the City but has shops and restaurants very close by, very clean and excellent service for booking and follow up from the owners, highly recommended.

The apartment was great! Great location, not far from city center or stockbridge and very quiet also. Huge, stunning apartment, very clean, had everything we needed and more.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location, easy to walk to town as well as being on a frequent bus route.
So much to do in Edinburgh and Leith we need to come back soon, but so comfortable in the flat ideal for relaxing too.

The apartment was better than I expected. It was extremely clean and inviting. Had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Good water pressure from the shower.

The owner made sure I settled in and had everything I needed.

I especially liked the high ceilings, the large lounge, the bay windows facing down onto the small park (between south learmonth gardens and the next road down). The gas fireplace gives the lounge a very cosy feel at night.
