Puffins Way is a home from home - this self catering apartment in North Berwick is one of our child friendly properties. It is located on the ground floor level making it ideal for easy access. There are lots of added extras for the little ones.

The property is just a stone's throw from North Berwick beautiful sandy beaches, harbour and the award winning Scottish Seabird centre and the North Berwick's sandy beach. You will be able to enjoy the private patio to the front of the property which of course has an amazing view of the sea. As an added bonus, there is a small seating area at the back which has a table and chairs. There is also free on street parking.

Bathrooms:
One bathroom with a bath and overhead Mira Excel power shower, wash hand basin and w/c.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine and plenty more to make your stay enjoyable.

Sitting room:
For your entertainment there is a flat screen television and DVD player with portable radio CD player and a selection of board games. There is a folding dining table to seat four guests. Should you require a high chair for a little one, please let us know, as we can provide this free of charge.

Suitability:
Puffins Way is a lovely, bright, ground floor apartment in a perfect position less than a minute from the beach. We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chairs free of charge. All bed linen and towels are provided

Outside:
Step outside the holiday apartment and you can see the sea only a minute walk from from the apartments front door. There is also unlimited on street parking

This child friendly property is perfect for a family beach holiday in East Lothian. Holiday makers can easiliy explore the historic town of North Berwick and golfers wishing to play golf can do so on the many links golf courses in East Lothian, including Muirfield Golf Course

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you . You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart
