Key features

This modern, spacious apartment with secure underground parking is located in the heart of the city centre; whilst also overlooking the River Clyde. Located just behind the St. Enoch Shopping Centre and Argyle Street, Glasgow’s premier shopping district, the apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Merchant City and many of the finest restaurants and bars in Glasgow. The apartment is perfectly located to provide accommodation for the Commonwealth Games, offering easy access to many of the event venues.

The apartment offers a spacious living/dining room/kitchen with patio doors leading to a balcony, which has panoramic views overlooking the River Clyde and many of the finest architectural buildings in the city. The large lounge and dining area has two large sofas, along with a dining table and chairs. The apartment also has a basic Sky TV package, which can be viewed in both the master and twin bedrooms in addition to the main living room. There is free, fibre optic WiFi too, provided by Hyperoptic at a rate of 50Mb.

The master double bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room with w/c. The second twin bedroom has two single beds. One additional guest can be accommodated using a sofa bed available for use in the living room. In total the apartment can sleep a family of five making it a very cost effective and flexible apartment for families and groups.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

A large family bathroom and large entry hallway with double-doors leading to the main living space and storage cupboards, complete the accommodation.

Access to the property is via the secure entry door system with security codes and keyfob entry system. Lift access is available from 3 entry doors on Dunlop Street. A concierge service is also available weekdays from 9am until 5pm and 24 hour CCTV monitoring.

The apartment is well serviced with public transport and by the motorway network. With Glasgow Central and Queen Street mainline train stations only a 10 minute walk, there are also two underground stations (St. Enoch and Argyle Street) close by and direct access to the main bus routes through the City Centre. The Apartment can also be accessed easily from the M8, M77 and M74 extension; and both Glasgow and Prestwick airports are easily accessible.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge.

    Great apartment, helpful and friendly owner and superb location for central Glasgow. Even has a good-sized balcony overlooking the river. Comfortably accommodated 7 adults (3 couples, 1 single). Will stay again!

    This was probably the nicest apartment I have ever stayed in for a weekend trip. The whole experience was excellent, Thomas and Jamie's attentiveness before we made the journey up to Glasgow and as we arrived was spot on, very friendly and helpful. The location is superb, just a short walk from St Enoch Centre and Central Station. River views were excellent (though it was still the middle of winter at the end of March!) and the apartment itself was of the highest quality. We had a party of 6 and were made to feel like it was no bother at all to ensure that we had extra's such as a blow up bed for the extra guest, clean bedding and towels for everyone (which isn't always a given in other apartments I've stayed in), very clean, spacious, well lit and secure. Other extra's included the TV's in two of the bedrooms and living room, each showing Sky Sports News ( as they knew we were coming to watch football) showed the class of the owners. The only downside was the size pf the smallest room. It is smaller than a box and a child's bed, but we were warned in plenty of advance but it was a comfortable bed and not an issue at all during the stay. The other room were very comfortable and provided 6 of us with our own space. I would highly recommend the apartment to others looking to visit Glasgow and I would be quick to stay there again myself if I visit again.

    The apartment was excellent. The location is superb being two minutes’ walk from the St Enoch Centre. The bedrooms are comfortable. The main living area is spacious and bright. The large full length windows and glass door onto the balcony provide a great view out over the river. The third bedroom is a small single, ideal for a child though not so great if you are a six foot plus adult I suppose. Between that and the double air bed that can be deployed in the living area the apartment sleeps 4 + 3 very comfortably. The owner was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. No faults, not even the weather.

    Excellent apartment lots of facilities very clean and comfortable and a lovely view of the river. We had great weekend in Glasgow and the central location of the apartment made it even better. We would definately return to the apartment.

    Well i can honestly say this was one of the most pleasant experiences ive ever had!!! Seriously! The price was very affordable considering the standard and location of the apartment. It was clean to a high standard. Had an immense view of the glasgow clyde. Ill definatly be making another booking! Cheers.

    We have two boys who loved staying at this apartment.
    It is close to shops, and other amenities and there are lots of good places to eat and drink nearby.

    The flat is very comfortable with great views over the river. It is immaculately clean with everything you need for a great short stay in the city at any time of the year.

    We'll definitely stay again!

    We cannot praise this property highly enough.
    Our short stopover in Glasgow was turned into a very memorable and special mini-holiday because of our wonderful accommodation. The Flat was immaculately clean and comfortable and contained everything needed for a real home from home experience. The location is so central and allows you to enjoy Glasgow to the full and not have to worry about overpriced Hotels or transport. Everything is right on your doorstep. From the balcony sunset views to the moderns kitchen and bathrooms, we could not believe the high standards throughout and will certainly book again in the future if we can get a free date.
    A truly stylish and relaxing place to get away from the daily grind and enjoy a little piece of heaven.

    Great location, very friendly, helpful owners and was made felt very welcome.

    Any request my party and I had was met by the property owner and I felt the "meet and greet" was very helpful when we arrived.
