This impressive third floor apartment is a perfect base from which to explore this beautiful city of Edinburgh, whether for business or pleasure. This is a gorgeous apartment which is furnished to a luxurious standard by a leading interior designer. It is within walking distance to all of Edinburgh's attractions, including Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood House. It is also a 10-15 minute walk to Harvey Nicks.
The apartment itself has a very large drawing/dining room (table seats 6) with ornate cornicing, three windows overlooking Edinburgh's most historic street - The Royal Mile. A comprehensive fully functional kitchen with all appliances is accessed from both the hall and the living/dining room.
The master bedroom with super king-size bed, has built in wardrobes and a flat screen TV. The second twin bedroom has two single beds and both bedrooms benefit from views over The Royal Mile.
A main bathroom with large walk-in shower and heated towel rail, completes the accommodation.
Only 5 minutes walk from Princes Street, a great opportunity to stay in one of Edinburgh's prestige addresses and highly recommended for corporate clients. It also has WiFi connection with unlimited downloads.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. We provide a secure key box service, whereby we will email you the key code once the final balance has been paid. Check in and check out times are as shown and we will arrange these directly with you in advance of your arrival.
We reserve the right to vet any group booking. This apartment is not suitable for stag parties, hen parties or young single sex groups.

We were very impressed with this fantastic apartment which was in an ideal location very close to the castle and right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and very spacious. We had every thing we needed and would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for our easte break, a family of 4. Our communication with the host and reserve apartments was excellent from booking right thorugh our break. The apartment was clean, warm and very spacious and is an excellent location for all attractions. We didn't need to travel by car only when we went down to the harbour to see Royal Yacht Britania. The apartment had a good stock of cleaning utensils and toilet paper. The internet facility was very helpful in helping us to source information. It's true you can hear what's going on in street at night and early morning, but it's not that bad- not bad enought to interrupt your stay. We would definitely go back the children had a great time- We would definitely recommend this apartment to others.

Stayed here for a long weekend in Jan 2012, had a fantastic time in Edinburgh and it was so nice to come back after long days exploring to a clean, spacious and well equipped apartment. The pictures are exactly as it looks in real life and the location was perfect for us, just a 5 minute walk to the castle. Would definitely go back and would recommend this to anyone. Host was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed here for 3 months. The apartment is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It is bright, clean and fully self contained. It is right on the royal mile, and so in walking distance of transport, restaurants, new town, gym, supermarket etc. It is quite noisy in the evenings, so have a pair of ear plugs handy! Still, I'd stay there again and recommend it to others.

This apartment in Parliament Square is lovely. It is clean, well-decorated and extremely well-proportioned! The location is excellent - you are literally looking down onto the Royal Mile from your lounge window - if a tiny bit noisy when the pubs close around midnight!
All in all, good value, tastefully decorated and excellent digs!!

I stayed here with 3 friends for a girls weekend in Edinburgh and it was fab!! The location could not have been better, close to all the night life and a short walk to the shops, trains etc. The apartment is lovely with plenty of space. An extra bathroom might have been useful but we all really enjoyed our stay. There are quite a few stairs and no lift so be prepared for some exercise. Well worth the effort.
