While there is no on-site parking, free visitor parking is available nearby - please inquire in advance for details. With its prime High Street location, guests can fully immerse themselves in South Queensferry’s unique coastal atmosphere while enjoying the comforts of a historic home.

Parking notes Parking is limited as the property is located on a historic High Street. There are two free parking options close to the townhouse and we recommend using these to avoid parking tickets.

Option 1: Forth View Car Park

Head down to the foot of The Loan.

Turn left at the lights, then take the first right onto Rose Lane.

Continue to the end of Rose Lane where you’ll find the car park.

To return to the property: walk back up Rose Lane, turn left towards the lights, then continue onto the High Street until you reach Mid Terrace.

Option 2: Edinburgh Road / New Halls Road

Start as above, but turn right at the lights onto the High Street.

Follow the High Street until the houses end on both the left and right.

You are now on Edinburgh Road / New Halls Road, where you can park, avoiding double yellow lines and making sure not to park on the pavement.

To return to the property: head back along the High Street until you reach Mid Terrace.

Interior layout Set over three floors, this townhouse retains its original character while offering comfortable living spaces. The first floor features a spacious lounge and a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for home-cooked meals or relaxed evenings. Two inviting bedrooms provide a peaceful retreat, with one offering a small seating area and direct access to the garden. The second-floor bathroom, in keeping with the home’s historic charm, has an open-plan layout with a heavy curtain at the top of the stairs instead of a door.
