All Day View is a second floor, two-bedroom apartment with sea views and is a home from home for your trip to East Lothian. This property, sleeping up to 7 guests, contains all you need for a self-catering trip, with a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi and heating. Stay with friends or family and enjoy a relaxing break exploring East Lothian’s fantastic coastline or even Scotland’s capital city of Edinburgh, just 25 minutes from North Berwick by train.

Shower room:

The family shower room features a walk-in shower, WC and hand basin.

Parking:

Please note that public parking in North Berwick can be complex as the rules vary according to season and year to year. We recommend following the signs upon arrival in North Berwick and also advise considering your options for this prior to check-in as it is unfortunately something we are not able to assist with on the day

Other:

This property has free WiFi and heating for your stay. A high chair can be provided upon request.

The accommodation is family friendly with beach kit available, access to the rear towards the sea, cot and high chair (on request) and child guards as needed.

Please note, if you require the trundle bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guests, there will be an additional charge.

To make a booking you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher which secures the property, this payment is non refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date the balance will be payable – after this date the booking will be fully non-refundable.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

Check-in is from 4pm and check-out is by 10am. Access is via a key safe, the instructions for which will be provided within the week of your arrival.
