Relax in Rooftops' lovely large, bright rooms. The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area enjoys fabulous sea views over the rooftops towards Craigleith, the Firth of Forth and over to Fife. This open-plan area is not only a great place to enjoy the ever-changing sea views but also a great social and entertaining space; the dining table comfortably seats 4. The property is beautifully decorated throughout and benefits from full central heating, a wood-burning stove, smart Television and WiFi. No matter the weather, our guests are sure to enjoy a warm and comfortable seaside break at this holiday apartment.

Boasting two large, bright bedrooms, the apartment offers two super king-size beds. These can also be split into single beds through the magic of “zip-link” mattresses making this property extremely versatile for your group's needs.
*Please advise at the time of booking how you wish your beds made up.*
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

Rooftops also enjoys a spacious bathroom with a large bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins.

Bookings made at this property require a £200 damage deposit, which will be due 7 days before check-in. Providing there are no deductions to be made from this, the payment will be refunded 5 working days after departure.

Please also note complimentary mid stay cleans (including the provision of fresh linen and towels) will be provided as follows:
Bookings for 14-21 nights will receive one mid stay clean
Bookings for 21-28 nights will receive two mid stay cleans
Should you require any further mid stay cleans or linen and towels provided please note there will be an additional cost for this. Please contact our team to enquire further.

    Interior layout The apartment is located on the top floor and is accessed up 2 flights of stairs. Before you enter there is a handy space to store boots and wet jackets. All rooms are accessed from the welcoming hallway. To the rear of the apartment, with breathtaking views across the rooftops to the sea, is a large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge. The bathroom is in the centre of the apartment and the 2 bedrooms are to the front of the property.
