This apartment sleeps up to 5 guests and is located in a highly desirable, city centre location in the New Town. The fantastic neighbourhood enjoys all the perks of city living, and you’ll be spoilt for choice with a great selection of independent shops, cafes and restaurants all just a short stroll from your doorstep in the Stockbridge area.

With plentiful light and tastefully furnished throughout, the spacious, bright open plan living/dining area and kitchen is the perfect space to sit back and relax and features a living flame gas fire. Your entertainment needs are taken care of with Smart TV and WiFi internet access. Moving through to the contemporary, gleaming white kitchen, you’ll find all the mod cons the discerning traveller needs to cook up a treat to enjoy at the dining table. The integrated appliances include a gas hob, oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

When it’s time to retire to the bedroom, choose from two elegant and relaxing double rooms both overlooking the quiet rear of the property, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom benefits from the additional comfort of a king size bed. An additional guest can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room. A slick shower room completes this attractive property.

This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area for an additional fee.

This property operates a key safe, so you can let yourself in to the property any time after 4pm. The key safe code will be issued before your arrival.

If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guest, there will be an additional charge.
