The Edinburgh Address Ltd manages bookings on behalf of the Property Owner. The property owner provides the accommodation.
-Booking Requirements-
One member of the booking party must be over 30 years. We require names and ages of all guests, as well as proof of address and ID of the lead guest. This is required within 2 days of booking.
We will require the lead guest to sign a copy of our terms and conditions. We reserve the right to vet any booking.
This property is protected by Truvi (formerly SuperHog). After booking, you’ll be asked to complete a quick verification using a valid ID and selfie. A £650 damage deposit will also be pre-authorised on your credit card and automatically released within 14 days of departure. A 2% processing fee applies (amount may vary outside the UK depending on exchange rates). Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.

Local area This area is part of the original plans for the New Town designed by James Craig. He implemented a grid-style pattern to make travel around the area as simple as possible. His portrait is hanging in the near by National Portrait Gallery. With plenty of lovely little lanes and mews houses you can spend an afternoon looking around, and local grassy areas you will never be short of things to do. There are lovely local restaurants like Stac Polly which offer Modern Scottish Cuisine and bars such as The Stand Comedy Club which offers live comedy shows.
