Cool, calm and collected is the name of the game in the open-plan living room and kitchen. Contemporary furniture helps you to take the weight off your feet, whilst picture-frame windows perfectly capture the glorious Dean Village outside. When it’s time to turn your attention inside, a large flat screen TV and WiFi have your entertainment needs covered. Move through to the fully fitted kitchen, and you’ll find everything you need to whip up your own culinary treats – and even a dishwasher, after all you are on holiday.

The master bedroom features plentiful guest storage and an en suite shower room, and two further double bedrooms guarantee a peaceful night’s rest. A family bathroom with full size bath completes this truly delightful home from home.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

In terms of location, you couldn’t get any better. Situated in the Dean Village, The Dean Path Residence puts you within walking distance of just about anything you might like to do while you’re in Edinburgh. The New Town, our Georgian marvel of urban planning, is packed full of galleries, delis and breath-taking architecture and right on your door step. Edinburgh’s medieval Old Town, home to the Royal Mile, Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace, is just a 15-minute walk from the apartment. Or perhaps you’re in town for a spot of shopping? Well then, you’re in luck as the main shopping highstreets Princes Street and George Street are only a few minutes’ stroll away.

Two of Edinburgh’s most beloved areas, The West End and Stockbridge, are just a few minutes either side of the apartment and well worth exploring. Stockbridge, famous for its Sunday Market, is filled with friendly pubs, independent businesses and bordered by the world-renowned Royal Botanic Gardens. The West End is notable for its cosmopolitan vibe, thanks largely to the numerous arts venues and designer boutiques that line the cobbled streets.

Arriving at The Dean Path Residence couldn’t be any easier, with Haymarket station and the airport tram stop both less than a mile away.

This property comes with one private parking space - please note the entry to this area is quite narrow and therefore is not suitable for larger vehicles. The entrance to the parking area is as follows: width 1.69m x height 2m.

Please note that all apartments are strictly non-smoking, and we do not accept hen/stag/party groups.

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of £30 for unsociable hours, arrivals after 10 pm will incur a fee of £50 and arrivals after midnight, a fee of £60. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

    Feefo rating: single minus Service:

    By comparison to Airbnb which I have used a lot, I felt that using this service required a lot of management from my part prior to arrival, at various stages to pay the balance, pay the security deposit, or else loose my booking, whereas Airbnb takes care of it all.

    Disappointing. The description didn't mention that it is actually a dingy, slightly damp, musty & cold basement flat that is in desperate need of a refresh. The bathroom / shower situation was particularly disappointing, tiny moldy shower, probably because the extractor fan doesn't work. The high price tag does not accord with what you get. Attention to details in things such as blown light bulbs, bedroom doors that don't properly latch closed & broken table chair, made us feeling quite let down considering what we paid.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with the property. As we do not save card details for security reasons we do ask guests to process payments for their bookings themselves. If there are any queries on this our admin team is on hand during working hours. Please be assured that we have passed all of your comments onto the Property Management team and have asked them to take necessary action to improve the property. They will ask their cleaning team to spray the shower with mould remover. Please note the extractor fan does work by turning a switch on located near the bathroom door. Please also note that the chair was placed away from the dining table, in a bedroom, due to the broken chair. The Property Manager has asked the Property Owner to arrange the purchase of a replacement chair. Had you contacted the Property Manager at the time about any of these issues they would have happily arranged for someone to attend and rectify them. We hope, despite the points raised, that you enjoyed your time in Edinburgh

    They could have change sheet/duvet and towels since we stayed for 10 days
    one bedroom was cold that should be fixed and difficult to lock the maindoor fix the locker / keys
