The large, flat screen TV and unlimited WiFi should keep you entertained until dinner, at which point why not take advantage of this fantastic location and explore some of the many restaurants and bars on Lothian Road below?

If you’ve got the energy and enthusiasm, the fully fitted kitchen is perfectly equipped to help you rustle up your own culinary delights - perhaps using some delicious ingredients from the Castle Terrace Farmers’ Market, running just around the corner every Saturday.

Three double bedrooms are decorated in minimalist design to help you switch off and dream the night away.

A family bathroom with shower over bath, and separate WC complete this lovely home from home.

Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties.

In terms of location, this superb apartment could not do any better. Situated on Lothian Road, all of Edinburgh's main attractions are just a few minutes' walk away, including Edinburgh Castle, The Royal Mile, Grassmarket and The Old Town.

The immediate area is filled with bars, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops, and Lothian Road is a main artery for buses running to all areas within the city. Haymarket and Waverley train stations are only 0.5 and 1 mile, respectively, and Edinburgh Airport is just 8 miles away. The nearest tram stop is on Shandwick Place, just a few minutes away at the end of Lothian Road.

This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area for an additional fee. The nearest private car park is the NCP on Castle Terrace

A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.

Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible.

The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure.

All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.

Please note Wi-Fi at this property is complimentary.

Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival.

Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am.

    Excellent communication from the property manager, service was entirely smooth and without issue.

    An excellent flat in central Edinburgh, well furnished and comfortable. It is within easy walking distance to all central attractions, and close to busses that offer travel further out (such as to the zoo). The flat is close to many restaurants and a small local supermarket. For children, there's a good public playground nearby at the west end of Princes Street Gardens.

    Neither my 4yo son nor my 78yo mother had any problem walking to all the facilities we required, but obviously those with limited mobility may have other experiences. There are 60 stairs up to the flat, and the central location obviously comes with some inevitable noise of a busy city (notably, it is on an emergency vehicle route). However, that didn't detract significantly from our stay.

    Amazing apartment very clean and has everything you need. But don't stay here if you have any problems with your knees it is a lot of stairs.

    Very professional, the apartment was clean and access was easy. There was adequate heating, the apartment was light and spacious and the price was fair.

    The location is fantastic, even with a view of the castle in the kitchen. Big windows for lots of light and all mod cons.
