This apartment is set within one of Glasgow’s remaining Art Deco buildings, with stylish interior features throughout the building which was completely rejuvenated only a few years ago. There is a secure entry to the central reception with concierge service and an elevator up to the apartment on the eighth floor.
The Beresford is located in one of Glasgow’s most famous street close to Charing Cross, Kelvingrove Park, Glasgow School of Art and the Mitchell Library. Sauchiehall Street is full of international restaurants and is a popular evening destination for different resident communities. The location is close to the traditional West End and walking via Kelvingrove Park is highly recommended. It is also close to some of Glasgow’s best venues including the King’s Theatre, Theatre Royal and Royal Concert Hall.
Parking is availavle at a nearby multi-storey car park in Elmbank Street at £5 per 24hrs.
We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 11am.
Parking Details We offer discounted parking at Charing Cross Car Park (100m). £5 per stay up to 24hrs.
