Enjoying balcony views onto some of Glasgow’s most famous landmarks, Lancefield Quay is a perfect spot for those visiting the city on business or pleasure. The Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre (SECC) Heights plus the Clyde Auditorium are home to some of Glasgow’s biggest concerts and comedy performances and they are both within 300m of the building.
Lancefield Quay is situated between the City Centre and West End of the city on the north of the River Clyde. The new BBC, STV and Science Centre building can be reached within 5 minutes walking time using one of the pedestrian bridges over the river. The new Transport Museum is located within 1.5km from apartment further down the River Clyde.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and can be accessed by stairs or elevator in the building. There is secure entry to the building and private car park to the rear. Guest will be issued a security fob to enter both.
There are two spacious double bedrooms (one en-suite) both with fitted wardrobes. The apartment sleeps four comfortably, plus the sofa-bed can sleep a further two guests and would ideal for families or two business travellers. The entrance hallway leads to the two bedrooms, main bathroom and living space.
The spacious living area has a dining table for four, and can be extended for six persons. There are two matching leather sofas, TV with Cable channels and Wifi internet access. The impressive ceiling to floor windows provide plenty of natural light throughout the apartment and give impressive views onto the famous Glasgow landmarks. The open-planned kitchen is adjoined to the living area and includes a fully integrated kitchen, with all modern appliances and all items you would need for home cooking.
A short walk across the water is The Quay offering entertainment for families including themed restaurants, cinema complex and bowling. Alternatively you could take a short walk to Argyle Street in Finnieston and enjoy some of the fantastic selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants which are en-route to Kelvingrove Park, just ten minutes away.
We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 11am.
