This new and modern two bedroom apartment is in a fantastic City Centre location with private parking. The Argyle was constructed in 2010 and is located in the quieter end of Argyle Street but still within a short walk of Glasgow Central Station (500m) and ideal for business travellers working in Glasgow’s International Financial Services District (IFSD). The apartment is close to other leading hotels such as The Marriott and Hilton. The building has security entry and impressive reception area with elevators to access the apartment.
The apartment is located on the sixth floor. Modern flooring is found throughout all rooms of the apartment starting from the entrance hallway. There are two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room, plus a further bathroom which has a bath with shower over. The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for any storage needs you might have.
The living area contains sofa, large digital TV with Free View, DVD player and Wifi internet access. There is a wooden dining table with four chairs leading into the fully integrated kitchen which has washer/dryer, dishwasher and other necessities for home cooking.
The building has quick access to the M8 motorway or Clydeside Expressway so you can travel North, South or East, very quickly indeed. It would be suitable for those visiting Edinburgh, Loch Lomond or Troon who might need a city base but use a hire car to visit some of Scotland’s other destinations.
The Argyle location means you can walk around the city and enjoy the many bars and restaurants on this famous street. The SECC, Clyde Auditorium, King’s Theatre and Glasgow Science Centre are all within a short walking distance of this apartment so you leave the car securely here and enjoy some of Glasgow’s tourist attractions.
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment to provide keys and show you the layout/specific details of the flat. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 11am.
