A charming period home set in the heart of the west end, close to the River Kelvin. Great Western Road is situated just 200m from the front door which has a variety of bars, restaurants and novelty shops indigenous to Glasgow's West End.
Belmont House has a main front door and stairs lead to the first floor where there is a large and luxurious kitchen featuring all mod cons. including stand alone fridge freezer with ice-maker. All modern and integrated appliances will make your visit here even easier. There is a dining room with traditional table and eight chairs, and would be suitable for hosting all the family. There is a small, but very modern bathroom on this floor. The living room has traditional flooring, original fire place, leather reclining seats and couch. The accommodation also includes games console and Ipod docking station. The final room on level one is a large office with a very large curved study desk and a standard double bed.
A sweeping staircase leads to the second floor and the main bathroom; beautifully upgraded bathroom suite with free standing bath, walk-in shower, and floor uplighters to set the mood. There are three spacious double bedrooms, with a luxurious en-suite in the master bedroom. Bedroom three is a twin bedroom and the others are double. There is a further double bed available to guests in the extremely large office on the second floor. The gas central heating will keep you warm in winter and is operated by an easy-to-use timer.
Belmont Street has quick access to the City Centre via underground (250m) or many buses on Great Western Road (200m). There is on-street parking immediately outside the house, and also free parking bays within 100m of the property.
We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100-£250 depending on lnegth of booking which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 11am.
