This spacious apartment is situated in a conversion of a large Victorian building – well placed in the Merchant City in Glasgow City Centre, allowing you to step out to shops, bars, restaurants. Located just 2minutes to Strathclyde University and about 5minutes walk to George Square, Buchanan Street and Queen Street Station or 10 minutes to Central Station.
The vast living/dining room, with kitchen, has digital TV, DVD/CD player and wireless broadband internet access provided for guests use. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all that you need to entertain, including electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
The apartment will comfortably accommodate 5 people in the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room and the second bedroom which also has a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for one additional guest. A house bathroom with shower over the bath, completes the accommodation.
Please note that this apartment is not suitable for those in wheelchairs, as there are some steps to the entrance foyer; there is a lift from the entrance foyer to the second floor where the apartment is located.
A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.
On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
Other facilities This is a non smoking apartment that is not suitable for parties.
Parking Details There is no parking included with this apartment, however there is a public car park within 150 metres.
