The accommodation in this second floor apartment faces the quieter rear of the building and benefits from lift access. The living room, with open plan kitchen/dining area, has freeview TV, DVD/CD player and wireless internet access provided for guests use. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
This one-bedroom apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 people in the double master bedroom and two additional guests can be accommodated using the sofa bed in the lounge. A bathroom with shower over the bath, completes the accommodation.
A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.
On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
Other facilities This is a non smoking apartment and is not suitable for parties.
Parking Details The apartment has a secure allocated private car parking space in the basement garage.
