Situated in a new building in the Merchant City in Glasgow City Centre. One minute to shops, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes to Strathclyde University. 5 minutes to George Square. 10 minutes to Glasgow Cathedral.

The apartment is located on the second floor and has lift access; however there are some steps from the footpath to the lift foyer. The open plan living/dining room/kitchen has a small external balcony and digital TV, DVD/CD player and wireless internet access are provided for guests use.

The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and microwave. There is a separate utility cupboard with a washer/drier. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.

The apartment will comfortably accommodate 4 people in a double master bedroom with ensuite shower-room and a second twin bedroom. A family bathroom completes the accommodation.

A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.

On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
