This huge 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the river front with open southerly view over the River Clyde and the iconic Finnieston Bridge (known locally as the Squinty Bridge, because of the angle at which it crosses the river). With views of Glasgow's river front and just 20minutes walk to the City Centre or 5minutes walk to Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre (SECC), and less than 10minutes walk to BBC and STV.

The apartment is situated on the fourth floor with lift access and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The impressive lounge and dining area have floor to ceiling windows and are fully furnished and kitted out with everything you will need. There is a widescreen TV with freeview digital channels and a CD/DVD player. Free wireless internet access is provided for guests use and there is a balcony to the front to take in the views of the River Clyde; you can also smoke here are there is no smoking in the apartment.

The fully equipped modern fitted kitchen is open to the rear, including electric fan oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier. It is also equipped with all the dishes, pots/pans and utensils, which you will need.

Plenty of storage is provided in the built in wardrobes in the master double bedroom that leads into the en-suite shower room. The second double bedroom is behind a glazed screen off the living room. A family bathroom with shower over the bath, completes the accommodation.

A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.

On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
