Some of the best Merchant City restaurants and bars are less than 2minutes walk away. The apartments are between 5/10minutes walk to Strathclyde University, George Square and Buchanan Street – the heart of Glasgow’s shopping centre.
There are THREE apartment options at the High Street Apartments:
PREMIER Apartment - Perfect for 2/4 guests:
Luxurious, modern PREMIER two bedroom apartment, with 1 x double bedroom (with ensuite), twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge/dining area & open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, small balcony.
KING SUITE Apartment - Perfect for 4 guests:
Luxurious, modern KING SUITE two bedroom apartment, with 2 x king size bedrooms, 1 x bathroom and 1 x en-suite shower-room, lounge/dining area & open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, balcony.
DELUXE Apartment - Perfect for 4/6 guests:
Luxurious, modern DELUXE two bedroom apartment with 1 x double master bedroom (with ensuite) and 1 x twin bedroom, bathroom, lounge/dining area & open plan kitchen with all modern appliances, balcony. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate an additional two guests.
All of the living/dining/kitchens are spacious and provide Digital TV and DVD/CD player and wireless internet access for guests use. The kitchen is fully equipped including electric fan oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and washer/drier and dishwasher. All linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
If there are more than 6 people in your group we can accommodate all in various apartments all within the same block. However, large groups wishing to party are not encouraged.
The apartments are all uniquely furnished, the photos below show the range of furnishings in different apartments – you will not be disappointed. They also benefit from having lift access.
A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.
On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
Parking Details The 2-bedroom apartments have the benefit of an allocated parking space.
