Newly built in 2006, the City Townhouse Apartments comprise of three adjoining 2-storey townhouse apartments. Each can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in two bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartments are only a 2minutes walk from Sauchiehall Street Pedestrian Precinct and all the amenities that the city centre has to offer.
There are TWO apartment options at City Townhouse Apartments:
TOWNHOUSE 1 Apartment - Perfect for 4/6 guests:
The TOWNHOUSE 1 apartment has 1 x double master and 1 x twin bedroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional two guests.
TOWNHOUSE 2 Apartment - Perfect for 4/6 guests:
The TOWNHOUSE 2 apartment has 2 x double bedrooms; the second double bedroom is a small room. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge for an additional two guests.
The bedrooms and bathroom/shower-room are on the ground floor (with level access). The main bathroom has a bath with hand shower over; the master bedroom has an en suite shower-room.
The living/kitchen/dining area is upstairs, via an internal staircase. The large open plan living room has leather sofas/chairs, cable TV, DVD/CD player and wireless internet access is provided for guests use.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped, including electric fan oven, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and a dining table sufficient to seat 6 guests. It is on the same upper floor level as the living room, but is discreetly separated by the central staircase leading from below. The whole of the upper floor has a great feeling of space due to the full height sloping ceilings above.
Each townhouse has a small external patio to the rear. Linen and towels are provided along with a welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits.
A 25% deposit is payable when booking and the outstanding balance must be paid not less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival. If a Booking is made less than 3 weeks prior to the date of arrival, then the outstanding balance amount is required to be paid following receipt by the Guest of the Booking Confirmation.
On arrival at the Apartment the Guest will be required to show photo ID and provide details of a valid debit/credit card to be held together with proof of address to which the card is registered for security. The Apartment shall be available from 2pm on the day or arrival and as the Apartment will be un-manned guests MUST advise us of an approximate arrival time at the Apartment and means of travel (car, bus, plane or train). We will provide the Guest with a mobile telephone number to call approx. 1 hour prior to their arrival at the Apartment. Other than by prior arrangement, Guests must vacate the Apartment by 10am on the day of departure. At the time of arrival, a representative will agree departure arrangements.
