Whilst location and facilities were excellent the apartment was far from clean. When I complained to the management agent he immediately offered me a free weekend for my troubles. Therefore the customer services was also excellent

Unfortunatley we were not told of the problem until the guests went home - so we couldn't rectify it while they were here. Something obviously went wrong! We try to make sure that things are as we would like them to be for ourselves - since that wasn't the case we've invited the guests back at no cost.
