South Frederick Apartment

Property managers were very helpful prior to arriving and with helping us throughout our stay.
Living room noisy, but otherwise the flat was clean, comfy and felt like a home from home.

Property manager very helpful answering questions prior to arrival, waiting to meet me, show me around, etc. on the day. Compact, well appointed accommodation; light, airy, modern. Noisy in living room, to be expected in city centre, but thought it would have been subdued somehow. Bedroom on back was very quiet. Safe, secure entrance; main areas look dated. Excellent location for getting around the city on foot, close to all amenities; main shopping streets/malls. Garbage/parking area was disgusting but not the fault of the apartment management; only had to deal when taking out the trash.

Loved the location so handy to everything. Front room was a bit noisy late at night when the pubs closed would benefit from double glazing.

Fabulous location. You can walk to everthing and the apartment was comfortable and convenient.
