We arrived early at the apartment but the manager allowed us access before the designated arrival time. The apartment was very nice and reasonably clean, the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also easy to make child safe by moving 1 or 2 things around. The location was perfect for the main shopping streets and the underground.
On the negative side the mattress on the the double bed was rock hard and only 1 sofa bed was useable and that was very uncomfortable and there was no sheet ( we made do with a mattress cover). I also had to scrub the travel cot :(

The matress was just new - may have bought too firm a matress - we'll check it out.
We only advertise 1 sofa bed; the other sofa was a sofa bed in a previous life, but is not used as such as we know it's broken. No excuse for the missing sheet - you should have told us and we would have brought one. The travel cot (!) - I didn't open it after previous guests handed it back - a lesson learnt for the future - sorry.
