The apartment has a very large fully equipped modern kitchen/dining/lounge area with dining table, leather armchairs and a modern kitchen. Flat screen Free-view TV’s are in each bedroom and free Wi-fi is also available. The apartment is immaculately clean, warm and extremely comfortable. Linen and towels are provided and stays of longer than 4 days are fully serviced.

This four bedroom apartment is accessed via the main door on the ground floor and also includes the first floor. It can sleep 16 guests in total:
First floor bedroom with 2 x double beds (sleeping 4)
First floor ensuite bedroom with 1 x double bed (sleeping 2)
First floor bedroom with 1 x single bed (sleeping 1)
Ground floor bedroom with 2 x double beds (sleeping 4)

A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the remaining balance is payable in full as soon as confirmation is received. A £500 security deposit will be due 7 days prior to arrival, this will be returned in full within 7 working days after the end of the stay, provided that no liabilities or charges have arisen.
