This is a modern one bedroom apartment with balcony in the ideal location to stroll around Glasgow’s shops and leading attractions. The location is within 300meters of both Glasgow and Queen Street Stations. Buchanan Street shopping precinct could not be any closer (100m). The building has private security entry, an elevator and stairs as well as a communal internal courtyard. The apartment is on the fourth floor.

The long stylish hallway leads to one bedroom with a luxury king size bed and matching bedside cabinets. Fitted wardrobes provide more storage than you will require for a short stay. The bedroom is at the rear of the building with a window looking into the internal courtyard. The bathroom has a modern suite with bath and shower, WC, basin and good storage.

The living space has a dining table for four, two matching luxury black sofas and has full length soundproof windows opening onto a balcony looking onto Mitchell Street, providing the apartment with great light. There is wireless internet and Digital TV with freeview.

The open plan area includes a fully integrated and brand new kitchen, with all modern appliances and items you would need for home cooking. The hall cupboard houses the washer/dryer and boiler plus drying facility, keeping the noise away from the main rooms.

You won’t need a taxi if staying in this apartment. You are on the doorstep of the best shops, bars, restaurants, venues that Glasgow has to offer including The Royal Concert Hall, Gallery of Modern Art, George Square, the Theatre Royal and lost more. There is some on-street parking available, but if you need parking there are plenty of multi-storey car parks available within a few minutes walking distance. This apartment provides the perfect place for holiday or business travel. It not only looks great, but has the location to match.

Parking is available at the NCP multi-storey car park in Mitchell street or we can offer discounted parking at 4 car parks further away within the City Centre for £5.50 per 24hrs.

We do not accept stag or hen parties unfortunately. A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days before your arrival. Keys may be collected from our City Centre office at 59 James Watt Street, G2 8NF or we can offer a "meet and greet" service, whereby a member of the team will meet you at the apartment. We require identification and a security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable when you sign for the keys. Check-in time is between 2:30pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested subject to availability (Later check-in can be organised by prior arrangement and will be subject to an additional fee). Check-out is by 10:30am.
