Situated in the West End of Edinburgh, directly opposite the landmark building of Donaldson’s College in the exclusive area of West Coates which is approximately 12 minutes walk to Princes Street, 5 minutes walk to Haymarket Mainline Railway Station and with the Airport Express Bus Stop close by the front door.
Being close to the West End there are many top quality restaurants nearby catering for all tastes from French to Italian, Thai to Japanese and all cuisines in between. As well as fine dining experiences there are many bars, shops and designer boutiques in close proximity. All the famous museums, galleries and theatres are accessible by walking, taxi or public transport, a choice of buses run every few minutes from a bus stop just across the road.
The Murrayfield International Rugby Stadium is a short walk away.
The property is part of a large traditionally built Victorian style house and it benefits from a front garden and large walled back garden.
The centrally heated apartment consists of a dining hall, an American style fully fitted kitchen with all mod/cons including gas hob, oven, grill, fridge and microwave. The large lounge has the benefit of Freeview TV, a DVD player, stereo/ radio and Wi-Fi connection. The Sofa converts to form a double bed for those extras guests and for additional comfort there is a real flame gas fire for those cooler evenings. The dining hall leads to the fully tiled bathroom which has a bath with shower, WC and wash hand basin, as well as a washing machine and freezer. The attractive double bedroom also has a wall mounted Freeview TV and a back door leading to a small balcony with stairs to the large walled back garden.

Access arrangements There is access for disabled persons able to negotiate the two steps at the entrance to the apartment.
We offer a meet and greet service, however if this is not possible then there is a key box at the front door.
