This is a cheap and cheerful apartment in a fantastic location and can sleep up to 8 guests.
Enjoy all that Edinburgh has to offer as you're only a 5 minute walk from Princes Street and the heart of this fantastic city, including all the major city centre shopping areas. The apartment (situated on the second floor of a traditional Victorian tenement building).
It features beautiful cornicing, architraving and high ceilings typical of a property of this style.
The comfortable living room benefits from a double sofa-bed and increases the flexibility of the property. There are 2 master bedrooms, each sleeping 2 adults in either single beds or superking doubles (thanks to hotel-style zip and link beds). A third bedroom provides a substantially sized adult bunk bed, sleeping 2 in comfort. In total, this property can sleep up to 8 adults.
The kitchen features all required appliances and includes an integrated ceramic hob.
As with all central locations you will find excellent access to a major bus route (within 100 metres) or just step outside and you can easily walk to all central Edinburgh locations.
A refundable security deposit of £200.00 is payable 14 days prior to arrival, incase of any breakages or damages. This will be refunded within 7 days of daparture.

Interior layout A large lounge, a very spacious hall,a large kitchen /diningroom.
Two double bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with adult sized bunk beds and a spearate bathhroom with shower over bath.
Exterior A traditional Edinburgh victorian tenement which has NO lift.
Parking details Despite the superb city-centre location, there is on-street parking available (metered at around 60 pence per hour and not applicable on weekends) and you will find free parking around 400 metres away from the property.
This apartment includes a parking pass that gives free access to 3 x multi storey city centre car parks located at: The St James Centre Car Park on Elder Street, St Johns Hill Car Park on Viewcraig Gardens, and Castle Terrace Car Park on Castle Terrace. This pass will be waiting for you in the apartment, and must be replaced in its holder when you check out. To gain access to the car parks, hold the pass up to the entry/exit barrier where you would normally collect a token.

Access arrangements A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.

Local area This property is located on the border of Edinburgh city centre, and Leith. You are an easy walk from the main sightseeing areas, including Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace, and Edinburgh Castle. Leith Walk, just a few seconds away, has plenty of cafes, restaurants and grocery shops. Excellent bus routes link the apartment to the rest of the city.
