The apartment is situated adjacent to the Meadows Park with its green open space and sports facilities yet just a 5/10minute walk into the Old Town with its many tourist attractions and with Edinburgh Festival Venues virtually on the doorstep.

Highly recommended by our regular guests,this stylish apartment is a delightful home from home - attractive, clean and comfortable. One of our regular guests
calls it 'Edinburgh's best kept secret!'

The apartment is a second family home and let out when not in family use. As such the standard of comfort and decor is higher than that found in many holiday lets. We have welcomed guests from all over the world, who are delighted with the location and quality of the apartment.

The apartment is housed in a sandstone Victorian building. Recently refitted and decorated in a pastel palette the apartment combines contemporary living with period charm.

It has two bedrooms - master double with additional handbasin and a second attractive 'small double 4ft bed' bedroom, with an additional sofa bed in the spacious living area. It has a mosaic-tiled shower wet room with stylish fittings and a well equipped and attractive kitchen.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has access to a shared rear walled garden with BBQ and garden furniture available for guests' use.

We can include Continental breakfasts for short breaks on request at reasonable cost and offer cleaning services for longer stays. We can also provide birthday and anniversary gifts of wine, flower bouquets or chocolates. You can view further details about these services when you book the apartment.

We encourage you to 'travel lite' by providing hairdryers, sewing & shoe-cleaning kits, iron, toiletries in addition to bed linen, towels and fuel being included in your rental price. Save on your flight costs by bringing only hand-luggage!

A deposit of 25% of the rental fee is required on booking and the remaining fee will become due 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

The apartment will be ready for guests from 4pm on the day of arrival. A member of the family will meet guests, show the apartment and provide keys for your stay. Guests are requested to contact us a few days in advance to confirm an estimated time of arrival. Guests are required to vacate the property by 11 am (unless prior arrangements have been made with us ) on the morning of departure.
