Perfect for both business and holiday rental, this 4 star superior quality home provides extremely comfortable and elegant accommodation in a fabulous city centre location.
All the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance, as is Waverley Station ( the city's main railway station). Princes Street is also only a 5 minute walk away and there is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants that are even closer!
This ground floor apartment is very well served by local shops for your morning newspapers, milk & hot croissants and there are several bus stops with buses going into as well as out of the city, which are less than 1 minute walk away.
The property dates back to 1791 and occupies a large corner plot with a small park opposite.On entering you are greeted by a very elegant & welcoming hallway that has all rooms leading off. There are 3 large double bedrooms, 2 of which have their own en-suite facilities. These two bedrooms also benefit from zip/link beds which give you the flexibility of having 1 super king size bed or 2 single beds in each room. The 3rd bedroom has a king size bed. All 3 bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and have both hairdryers and TVs with digital channels.
The apartment also has a very large and very well equipped dining kitchen with a dining table that can comfortably seat 8-10 people. There is a large elegant drawing room with a double sofa bed as well as 4 seater sofa and armchair. There is also a wide selection of DVDs, CDs, books and games. The family bathroom is fully tiled and has a bath with over bath shower. Including the 2 en-suites, this property provides you with 3 bathrooms in total ( no queues in the morning!)
There is a constant supply of hot water, gas central heating and a lovely period style electric fire nestling in the huge Georgian fireplace in the drawing room. This combined with the provision of cosy blankets and hot water bottles (if needed!), ensure that even in the coldest winter day, your comfort is guarnteed
