Communication was a major plus point nothing seemed too much trouble. We had conserige on whats app and great communication by email answered quickly. Also our daugther left a teddy and the communication for returning it has been brilliant. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this company highly.

Product:

Outstanding location, lovely layout perfect for our multi generational holiday. Rooms at the front were slightly loud until approx 11pm but totally understandable for such a central location. Noise did not impact our experience at all. Apartment was really clean and lovely and warm for our December stay. Fantasic that all rooms are ensuite. Amazing.

We are old soldiers that meet in Edinburgh every October. After being disappointed with our previous apartments standards we came accross York Place for less than we had been paying

Excellent management service. Kept me well informed of payment and access proceedures in advance of stay. Great property, roomy with good facilities and really close walkable access to the city. Top tip: parking was not available with property but booked private space with just park. Turned out to be rear courtyard access to the property. Off Dublin St Lane South.

We stayed for Edinburgh fringe. Great location with major fringe venues c20 mins away. On main road but surprisingly quiet. V good communications pre visit. Apartment well equipped. Everything spotlessly clean. Happy to recommend

Great apartment in a fantastic location.really handy for the City Tour bus starting point, very near St James Quarter, near a Tesco Express, a brilliant time was had by all.

Booking the apartment and picking up the keys was absolutely fine, follow up and after service was disappointing.

Apartment unsatisfactory.
Not clean and unhygienic, faulty appliances, unable to use the outside seating area due to noisy dusty major building works above and portaloos overhead, unwelcome 7:30 am wake up call each morning!! Will not recommend or return

Excellent service all the way through the process from booking, checking us in to refunding our deposit. We really felt confident that they were going to deliver and boy, did they do that.

The location of the apartment was ideal and the standard of accommodation even better than we expected. They had some staple items in the cupboard, which was handy. We replaced with some extra. We didn’t cook in the flat but used the dishwasher and there was plenty crockery for the 6 of us. Everything was good quality. The Wi-fi wasn’t working well at first but was fine once rebooted. Sorry I didn’t take photos. We were too busy having fun.
