Great apartment, very welcoming host and central to many of the attractions. All in all a good stay and would recommend to anyone.

Staff generally very helpful. A couple of times e-mails took some time to trace in office.

Apartment a delight to stay in and ideally located. The facilities entirely suited our families' needs. My disabled wife found the lift a great asset.

The apartment is really nicely decorated and comfortable. Its a great location, just passed the meadows, would definitely use it again if looking for somewhere to stay in Edinburgh

Poor is probably not the correct term however we had a few issues. The original apartment we booked and paid the deposit for was advertised at the wrong price therefore our booking was cancelled with no negotiations. Also wrong payment dates wer e issued however they were flexible when I suggested alternative payment days which suited myself. They were however very quick to respond via email and we're very friendly.

Owner was very welcoming and flexible. Giving us a full demonstration of the apartment and also some tourist info. Great location and a very fully equipped apartment which suited our needs. Great master bedroom with a very comfy bed and chair. Overall a lovely apartment. We had three keys for 10 people which was really handy and the owner gave v is tips on parkingThanks
